Achieving gender diversity in businesses is of paramount importance to improve business results. However, women remain underrepresented in business, particularly at management levels.
According to a survey conducted by the European Commission in 2020, only 40% of women hold managerial positions or sit on the board of directors of companies. The percentage is reduced to 30% for women who obtain senior management positions.
Although much progress has been made, the gender gap is still a reality that industries hide as profitable. The medieval patriarchal nature of the society in which we live contributes to the formation and dissemination of social problems, such as:

– Unequal man / woman ratio in companies;
– Verbal / sexual harassment and abuse;
